Jackson County Jail Roster Overview

Use the Jackson County Inmate Roster
Search by last name first. The roster endpoint stores names in last-name-first format, and the visible page says the name field filters results. If the arrest was just made, the person may not appear until the roster refreshes. If the person was released or transferred, the current roster may no longer show them at all.

- Type the person's last name into Search by Name, then add first name if there are too many results.

On June 25, 2026, the official endpoint returned 154 current booking records and seven result pages. That number is only a roster snapshot. It should not be treated as a capacity figure or annual average.

Jackson County Inmate Profile Fields
A roster card is enough to confirm many current bookings, but the full profile gives the better public record. The sample profile inspected in the research included identifiers, booking time, demographics, a photo, a classification value, and charge text. It did not show a structured bond amount, housing unit, arresting agency, or court date in that sample.

Records Requests and App Tools
The sheriff's Records Division maintains office records and handles open-records requests. In-person requests are accepted Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
